Who We Are
The Environmental Practice is a Cape Town-based consultancy opened in 2018 by Colleen McCreadie, where she is the principal consultant partnering with select specialists.
Colleen has a proven track record:
- Lead consultant on a host of EIA applications and applications for waste and air quality licences.
- Assisted numerous clients to minimise their environmental impacts in practical ways and to align their operations with the environmental legislation.
- Consulting since 2006 in the field of environmental management, working throughout the Western Cape and the major metro’s in South Africa.
Her qualifications and professional registrations include:
- Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner with EAPASA (Reg. No. 2018/166)
- Honours degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town.
- Member of the International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA), the Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa (IWMSA), and the National Association for Clean Air (NACA).
Colleen's mission is to help clients navigate their required licensing, registration and reporting requirements in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. She has a solid reputation for unbiased, accurate work in the environmental management industry. She has forged excellent relationships with the environmental authorities and a network of specialists.
